About the event

Dear Friends of Villa 61,

With great pleasure I inform you that on Sunday 10 March 2019 at Villa 61, on the occasion of Women's Day, a very special event will be held, a moment to share with friends or as a couple, to celebrate and treat yourself to a few moments of pampering, for the eyes and for the palate!

This time there will not be a course but rather a state-of-the-art Tea Time, like those that can only be tried in the most famous Palace of Paris or London. You take a seat and we will take care of everything, fine teas and infusions coming directly from England, bubbles to toast and above all delicious backsplashes with various Bijoux de Patisserie, small jewels of Haute Pastry prepared by the skilled hands of Olga di Kapel Kappa. Bijoux because they are precious and elegant, balanced in shapes and colors, a daydream for those who love sweets, a greedy break of aesthetic beauty and an immense pleasure for the palate.

You will be guided by Olga in this tasting and she will explain the flavors and textures that make up these little wonders: just think that some mignons contain up to 7 different textures, almost a shame to have to eat them! Each petite patisserie was inspired by the greatest patissier chefs in the world such as Julien Alvarez, Angelo Musa, Jerome De Oliveira, Joakim Prat and Hans Ovando.

For those who do not already know her, Olga is an expert pastry chef who has been working in this world for years, participating in several courses with the greatest pastry chefs in all of Europe (see her profifo instagram @kapelkappa).

The Tea Time will begin at 16.00 with tables prepared with cups and delicate tea, flowers, music and 8 backsplashes full of delicious bijoux de patisserie. Olga will guide you on this path that will involve all your senses, in fact the mignons in their being small will satisfy your palate without exceeding, allowing you to taste 8 harmonious desserts with great pleasure. There will also be a small break where we will toast with Prosecco DOCG bubbles and then we will continue with the tasting.

Registration and Cost

Registration for the event must be done by following the link below.

THE PRICE OF THE TEA TIME IS 45 EURO PER PERSON AND INCLUDES:

- herbal teas and infusions coming directly from England;

- preparation of the mise en place for the Tea Time;

- glasses of Prosecco DOCG and fruit and flower scented waters;

- 8 pastry bijoux presented on backsplashes;

- guided tasting with little secrets and tricks of the trade;

- small gift to the participants.

Places are limited for organizational reasons.

Upon reaching the maximum number of participants (10), registrations will be closed.

We kindly ask for a deposit of 15 euros (non-refundable) to be paid as a deposit for the seat reservation; the rest will be paid on the day of the workshop.
